   When you lead your life the right way the god things will come to you. When you do good you feel good. And when you do good that good karma will come back to you. Your actions speak more than your words as they say, and it is true. Its not just about your words, you saying that your gonna do whatever it takes to accomplish your dream job. Its what you do, your steps into your accomplishment. For example you cant just say one day your going to be a doctor and boom the next  day you wake up has one. That's not how it works. You got to have a lot of patience. You need to work for it. You need to take all the necessary and mandatory procedures it takes to be a doctor. Finish high school, go to a medical school, have a residency, taking examinations, getting your certificate to be certified as one. It may be hard but if you work hard and you lead yourself through the process the right way with determination and honesty then sooner or later your good karma will reward you with you earning your dream job.
