      It is important to maintain our bodies healthy for a better life. When your body is weak and unhealthy its much harder to keep up with the rest of the world. Especially since you wont have the strength to do the same things as other individuals can. When your eating right and excercising your brain will concentrate more when your actually using it. Like when your working at your job or focusing on school work your body is able to maintain focused for a long period of time when fed right. That's why in some schools including my own have breakest in the classroom in the morning during our first class so we can have the energy to focus for the rest of the school day. It also explains the reason why kids have p.e classes from elementary to high school so kids growing up to teens and adults and learn the importance of being fit.
