   It's best for someone to stand alone and not follow the crowd because not everything that seems cool is always the right thing to do. Sure sometimes it doesn't feel good to be left out but later on when others look back to what they've done they'll soon regret their decision. For example let's say your teacher assigns detention after school because your table was talking and not paying attention. Even if the rest of your table mates say they will not go you should still go because later on they will get bigger consequences. They'll probably get served more detention than what was asked for in the begging. But if they had just listened then they would have gotten in much trouble in the first place. That's why its better to stand alone than to follow a crowd or bad company.
