    This quote is saying that if you do good deeds and you do what your suppose to do like for example doing your homework before its due you'll feel the satisfaction of completing your work and good feelings within. But in the other hand if you don't do your homework you'll later feel bad because it will lower your grade and your parents may be disappointed.
